Pilates is a system of physical and mental training created in the early twentieth century by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. He devised it based on his knowledge of gymnastics, orthopedics and yoga. Pilates is a low impact workout that is easy to learn and will get you incredibly fit.
By doing pilates we aim to make people aware of their CORRECT posture. Pilates stretches and challenges every muscle, letting you firm, strengthen and tone every part of the body. Using a series of controlled exercises that work together to help the body and mind, gradually improving coordination, balance, body awareness, flexibility and overall alignment.
A one hour class, twice a week costs 40 € per month
