Due to the stresses of modern day living – lack of exercise, unhealthy diet and no time to dedicate to ourselves, our body and mind become imbalanced which leads to many other ailments.
- Pilates is a system of physical and mental training created in the early 20th century by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. He devised it based on his knowledge of gymnastics, orthopedics and Yoga. Pilates is a low impact workout that is easy to learn and will get you incredibly fit.
- By doing Pilates we aim to make people aware of their CORRECT posture. Pilates stretches and challenges every muscle, letting you firm, strengthen and tone every part of the body. Using a series of controlled exercises that work together to help the body and mind, gradually improving coordination, balance, body awareness, flexibility and overall alignment.
- A one hour class, twice a week costs 50€ per month.
