Belly Dance

The movements of belly dancing exercises abdomen and back muscles and favors the tone of the pelvic floor as well. They also help to minimize some symptoms caused by the period, pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and constipation.

  • Originally, it is a dance that combines traditional elements from the Middle East with others from North Africa but, since popularized in Europe, elements of classical and contemporary ballet have been introduced and, in more recent years, in a fusion with a wide variety of dances.

    It is characterized by its smooth and fluid movements, isolating and coordinating at a time the different parts of the body.
